Task Analysis
A user was presented with the task "look for an event and register for it". She was forced to leave the app at least once because the information she needed wasn't available to her through the app. At one point, she deliberately left the app to leave a negative review in the App Store to make her feelings known.
Customer Journey Map
We chronicled a customer journey through a task analysis of the current YMCA Youth and Government App. The official app for YMCA SoCal is currently broken so we used the Youth app to get a feel for the layout and navigation schema.
