This site map is of the YMCA Youth and Government app. We were able to see how the Y organizes their content. The taxonomy of the app is confusing, and there are too many secondary menu elements which translates to too many choices for the user. Basic app guidelines say choice should be limited for the user. 

We shrank the secondary navigation into 4 chunks, with more features under the hamburger menu. We also got rid of elements whose needs weren't expressed in interviews. The new app only has 3 levels of navigation
